1. Acceptance of terms

By using the Entro Shop website, submitting a request or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

2. Products and services

Entro Shop offers ready-made software solutions, scripts and web systems. The exact scope of each product, including features, price, delivery, installation and support, is described on the relevant product page or in an individual offer.

3. Orders and payments

After you submit a request, our team may contact you to confirm technical requirements, billing details and payment method. Prices are listed in Bulgarian lev unless stated otherwise.

4. License

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a purchase grants you a non-exclusive license to use the product for one client project or one domain. You may adapt the code for your own needs, but you may not resell, publish or distribute the product as a standalone template, package or competing service.

5. Delivery, installation and support

Delivery and installation are provided after order confirmation and payment, where applicable. Support covers technical questions related to the initial operation of the product. It does not include new features, design changes or integrations unless agreed separately.

6. Refunds

Because the products are digital, refunds are generally not available after access to code, files or an installed system has been provided. If a technical issue occurs, we will assist within the agreed support scope.

7. Intellectual property

The website, text, designs, product descriptions and software solutions are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted remain with Entro Solutions EOOD or the relevant rights holders.

8. Limitation of liability

Entro Solutions EOOD is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss or issues caused by unsuitable hosting, third-party changes or use outside the stated purpose of a product.

9. Changes

We may update these terms periodically. The current version is always published on this page.
